Criminal charges have been dismissed for one of three Minnesota men who police say attempted to overcharge a vulnerable older man for yardwork.

these folks have tried in the past to do this type of stuff to my parents and they try to tell them they are getting a heck of a deal if they let them do the work , if we as a society don't look after our elders who will , they will continue to get taken advantage of

You know, the funny thing here is that there are many people who feel exactly the same way she does. Misinformed? Sure, but that attitude is fairly pervasive among those who merely dabble in the work of the gov't, whether it be state or local.
