Two teens killed, three hurt in Decatur Co. wreck

Two people were killed and three were injured in a Wednesday night wreck in Decatur County, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

I was Starlyn's best friend and had been so ever since we move to scotts hill anywhere from three to four years ago.Ever since we grew close and i had known Justin Tolley for a few weeks and he was a sweet person.I also know Jose Moreno and I know he would not want to kill those two.They were his best friends and he has wrote letters and everday he thinks about what he did and regrets it.He should not be where he is at he is completly innocent in my eyes and I think he should be able to come home.
