Daughter Charged in Father's Murder

Decatur County authorities have charged the daughter of a man found dead this past weekend with first degree murder.

Why is Frank Evans trying to look like a saint and get up and testify in this case?? Everyone knows he beat his ex-wife and children even while Cindy Evans was pregnant with his kids! He was fired from the State of Tenn. for aggravated assault in a hospital against his son Clint Evans. He forced his middle daughter Sarah to be in beauty pageants. He mocked his oldest daughter Lacy for being overweight! The only reason he is so close to his mother is because she is the only person that will put up with him and vice versa He is the only person that will put up with her. Lois doesn't speak to her sister, brother, or sister n laws, none of her grandchildren have anything to do with her, and she has never inquired about her great-grandchildren. Both Lois and Frank Evans are sorry, pathetic excuses for human beings!

I know Frank Evans and no he may not be a saint but I remember back around the early 80's Frank helped Neely get that yellow truck because Neely couldn't get on his own! I've also heard that Lois and Frank bought the diesal for that farm and Neely got caught by the state having it in his truck, see farm diesal is not taxed and has a red dye in it, and the state fined Neely for using it in a Motor vehicle which is against the law. Yes I heard he got fired, but if you checked TWRA as I did, because I check facts before I write them, he retired due to poor health, a friend of Lois's told a friend of mine he had had 2 back surgeries, and has to wear a leg brace, and if he hated everyone why did he testify for Misty as a defense witness and not the prosecutions witness??? It's people like the law in small towns that dismiss everything in court and people like this Robo person making these previous comments, Abuse is Abuse and self-Defense is not murder, maybe if he/she had been harmed all their life they would see things differently but I guess they were lucky enough to get a good life! I guess it would have been ok when the paper read family killed by father though right????
