Fire crews said Thursday that a driver with a learner's permit heading to Taco Bell in Sunnyvale on Thursday morning hit a "decorative rock" in the parking lot, which caused the car to flip over.

I was there after the fact to look on. A car doesn't flip over due to a decorative rock. There are no decorative rocks in that parking lot to boot. The kid was probably screwing around and lost control. One bystander (highschooler) said that the car swerved and flipped over. I am glad no one was seriously injured but I hope the police do better due diligence than that!
