Why would the judge hand down a lesser sentence? I thought having that kind of pic of children was as erious crime?

I think the courts forget the real reason this guy's name is even publizied, did we all forget that his child was killed, no murder suspect found we know it's not the dad, so why is our judicial system still on this mans butt. I'm sure 99% of all men in our country has once or twice ventured on to a porn sight does this make all the men in our country slime balls, I think not, let forget the porn on this guys damn computer and find his damn daughters killer,
Finish the info

Child porn was also found on Mark Lunsford's computer on day his daughter went missing, according to 852 page report.
Do search "Shirley Lowery American Chronicle" for info.

Isn't it amazing what we don't hear from the media?

I'm sure you know about Joshua Lunsford receiving 10 day sentence for molesting a 14 year old child, but are you aware his other son is incarcerated in ohio for 5 non-sexual felony counts. Gerald Lunsford.

Search
Clark county ohio courts click on one that says municipal. then click cases click criminal type lunsford in search you will see many counts for gerald. Also you can click on one for Joshua and click images. You will see the handwritten documents by mother of victim

If you can't see the difference between venturing onto an adult porn site "once or twice" and downloading a video in which a child is being raped, such as the video that was found on Fullwood's computer, then you're just as sick as he is.

Here is interesting article about child porn case of british Military Officer.
All charges were dropped after US porn star Melissa Bertsch from Los
Angeles testified that she was 20 years old in pictures of "child
porn". The more interesting thing is this military officer was cautch
under operation Ore.
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/newspapers/s...

I recently learned about child porn case of US man Kelly Hoose. Police
tryed to prosecute him because exactly the same pictures of this porn
star from california

http://telegram.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article...

Porn star from california is 26 years old now but she still looks very young.

Bertsch has already given proof of her age in five American
prosecutions. "I once flew to Hawaii and testified in front of a jury
and a judge," she said. "They dropped all the charges after I
testified. In the other cases they dropped everything once I made a
statement and provided proof of my ID."

Police are relying on legal porn pictures and talk about terrible
children rapes, getting a lot of convictions.

Child porn was also found on Mark Lunsford's computer Rules for one should apply to all. The fact they were found in recycle bin proves they were downloaded.I feel that fullwood should be punished for his crime but so should lunsford.

Venturing on to a porn site does NOT mean that 99% of men download kiddie porn!!! He had clips of a CHILD being raped so how can we FORGET the porn? Seems strange to me he watches kiddie porn about child rape and then his child is raped and murdered.

It makes these sick perverts THINK it is child porn and that is all they need for their sick way of thinking, no matter how old the girl is.

Lest we not forget the Lunsford tragedy- Mark (the father) viewing child porn on his computer and it being found by the cops. Has anyoen ever asked if Mark KNEW Couey? I would venture to say he knew this guy. How does a guy "break in" to a trailer without a little yippy dog going crazy? Somethig is missing. they got the retarded pervert and let the rest go. So much more is missing. How many other kids need to die? Citrus county is so messed up. At least Boss Hogg loved the kids. Apparently Citrus Sherrif doesn't.

ICB must be living in a cave. The man who killed Jessica is in prison. His name is John Couey. He raped her in his trailer bedroom, with two women and a man also living in the trailer, but doing nothing about his actions. As for pornography, nothing good comes of it. Men watch and eventually want to do the things they see (monkey see, monkey do). There is no justification for viewing pornography, and doing so makes a person an accomplice to the exploitation of the people forced or unforced to perform in front of a camera. If you don't believe that, you need to do research on who is really involved and what is really involved in the making of the majority of those movies. Do you really believe that anybody volunteers to be the victim in a snuff film? Why are so many so ignorant?

Exactly. If men view pornography, they're going to repeat it, as the informed "SylviaKnows" here attests. Now, yes, maybe the Meese commission in the 80's failed to conclusively prove that to be the case, but Andrea Dworkin says that it's true, and I've got her back.
Now, it's obvious that the problem is not with the men, because since, by this logic, men will "...watch and eventually want to do the things they see (monkey see, monkey do)", they are powerless to resist the temptation. They're too simple minded to know not to replicate what they see on a screen, and therefore, once again following the argument put forth by dearest "SylviaKnows", men should be able to plead temporary insanity to their crimes, due to being overtaken by the intoxicating influence of pornography.
So, since the influence of pornography is so powerful that men will be powerless to resist replicating what they view, since all people with sexual fantasies always seek to act them out (lest we forget, if I, as a woman, have a "rape" fantasy, that means I'm begging to be raped by strangers), then it is not the man to be blamed, but the pornographic film industry. This industry needs to be shut down, otherwise men will continue to repeat the actions they see on film ("monkey see, monkey do" (because men are like monkeys, and should be treated with the same inferiority as monkeys, as they are both powerless to combat their impulses))
AND, similarly, we need to not just shut down the pornographic film industry, but the action film industry as well. I mean, have you watched a Western or a James Bond movie? People get shot in those. People also get shot in real life. See the connection? Men enjoy violent films, and once again "Men watch and eventually want to do the things they see (monkey see, monkey do)". By allowing Scorsese and Tarantino to do what they do, we are allowing murder. Men will see violence on screen, and just as they do with extreme sex in pornography , and be forced to repeat it.
This is all true. "If you don't believe that, you need to do research on who is really involved and what is really involved in the making of the majority of those movies. Do you really believe that anybody volunteers to be the victim in a snuff film? Why are so many so ignorant?" And a snuff film, which by definition is film of a murder made for commercial gain which the FBI has stated there are no known cases of, is exactly the same as a copy of Playboy, or even a nude Greek statue (which should be removed from all museums, for fear it will incite more violence from men).
{For clarification, I believe none of the above. The one thing "SylviaKnows" got right is "Why are so many so ignorant?" There were rapists before pornography, and getting rid of porn won't get rid of them. There is no excuse for rape, murder, or child pornography, and that I firmly believe. But also, there is no excuse for blanket blaming, ignorance, or treating men like second-class citizens who will replicate what they see. Men can make choices, you know? It's these kind of thoughts about men that make me have to clarify when I say I'm a feminist. All men are not rapists waiting to be activated by porn. It is not the fault of porn that a man commits rape or creates child pornography. It's the fault of the rapist or child pornographer alone.}
