FOSTER HOMES are needed for CHILDREN, yet animals get more press, and this press release even refers to dog sitters as "foster parents." Wake up people, there are abused and neglected CHILDREN in our county who need someone to care for them--the county needs FOSTER PARENTS for children, please get involved in this program!
