Revelation 14:8 (New King James Version)

8 And another angel followed, saying,“Babylon[a] is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.”

are you being decieved by listening to these so called ministers of truth which label themselves christians, those people who show up once a week on a televised program to suppossively share the gospel(good news). does what they teach correspond with the bible? example Terry bailey says"are soul and spirit are forever, our flesh is just temporary" lol ,ok where in the bible do you find that? it,s not there, this his philosophy and it is to be found knowhere in the bible.

12Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.

13This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah.

14Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.

Thank god we have the bible to read for ourselves. The best thing any person could do is to search the scriptures like the bereans did,and to find out whether or not what their teaching you is truth ,or error.Wide is the gate that leads to destruction, and sadly there are many who follow these men and woman who are the head of these churches and ministries.i,m glad that i,ve come to know the truth of the bible.Tradition has blinded so many to the truth of the bible, and imo has done more harm than good.

Lazarus Is Dead
Then in John ll:l4 Jesus said, "Lazarus is dead." Christ called Lazarus forth from his tomb where he had been dead for four days. When Lazarus stepped forth from his tomb, he did not say that he had been to heaven. If Lazarus had been in heaven, don't you think that he would have protested about being brought back to this sinful earth. He would not have wanted to stay here for even one minute. He would have told those around him of the glorious scenes of heaven. But Lazarus did not speak of heaven. Lazarus had been sleeping in the dust of the earth since the breath of life had left him. Ecclesiastes 9:5. "For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not anything, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten."
Lazarus was not conscious of anything that was going on during the time he was in the tomb. Psalms 146:4 says; "His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish." We have no thoughts after death.

Psalms 115:17 tells us that there is no praise of God as far as the dead are concerned. "The dead praise not the Lord, neither any that go down into silence." Isaiah 38:18,19 says: "For the grave cannot praise thee, death cannot celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth. The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth." Psalms 6:5 says, "For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?"

don,t you think you owe yourself to search and find out the biblical answers rather than believe what your pastor says.after all most pastors like to take a verse or two and build a whole philosophy,i,ve witness this on numerous occassions.it,s either whole truth,or a lie,and most preachers like to mix a little bit of truth with a little bit of a lie ,in reality and according to the bible it,s still a lie no matter how you look at it.

And if you are a young Christian, a new convert to Christianity, then this is the perfect time to accept a sad reality. Much of what is taught from The Churches today is not true. We all must decide whom we shall believe, The Words of Jesus In The Gospel, or what The Clowns In The Pulpits tell us on Sunday Morning.

The Harlot and IMAGE Worship: Many false doctrines entered the Church, but let’s focus on just three: IMAGE worship, IMMORTALITY of the soul, and SUN worship. First of all, Babylon was the center of idol worship. Everywhere you turned there were images, idols representing the pagan gods, not just statues of Bel-Marduk, their chief god. King Nebuchadnezzar set up a huge golden idol and commanded all to bow down before it. But God’s Second Commandment in Exodus 20:4-5 FORBIDS using images in religious worship, FORBIDS bowing down before them. Today the Papal Church not only fosters those very things but also has DELETED the Second Commandment from its catechisms (official training manuals).

The Harlot and SUN Worship: The main deity of Babylon and Egypt was the Sun god. Astrology and worship of the heavens originated in Babylon. But God calls it one of the greatest of “abominations” in Ezekiel 8:15-16. Roman Emperor Constantine was a sun worshiper who never gave it up. The Roman Church disregards not only the Second Commandment about image worship but also the Fourth Commandment about the Creator’s Seventh-day Sabbath, i found this information to be very interesting ,though i,d share it with you!

"if a preacher or whoever tells you that folks are up in heaven, they don,t know what their talking about" Amen isn,t that the truth revelation 22 says that jesus is bringing his reward with him! There have been so many led astray from the biblical truth, jesus said"marvel not for the hour is coming when all who ARE IN THEIR GRAVES shall hear his voice".
