It is not respectful for the death. MJ and PA were both addressed as co-writer in previous released album by Safire. If it was stolen, why not he make a claim at that time.

MJ was a lot of things & maybe his work ethic is questionable, but be honest. He was talented otherwise people wouldn't take the risk working with him. He sells CDs and the industry knows that....you might as well face the music. Excuse the pun.
