"Winter's not over"

Although so far this winter has been a warm one for the record books, why anyone (except an El Paso Times or Sun-News writer) think that winter was over in late January? It can freeze in the Mesilla Valley in April.

If you have boxes, suit cases, extra heavy clothing
put them around the front and rear doors.

My wife and me have done this for last two winters.

We set the nighttime temp at 67-8. Set the auto
temp guage and it runs for about 3 min every 1/2
hour of so. Wear extra heavy clothing to bed.

This months electric bill was only $67.
The average for this apt complex is over $100.

For those who think I'm crazy, that's why they
call me Duffas.

So chill out.
