Crowders mega acreage that they want to develop near Sunland Park was certainly distressed. Glad the TID they were after didn't go through, but how did they imagine that the county was going to give them all that money and access to develop without any over sight at all?

On the upside though, they have been paying down the huge unpaid property tax bills Crowder left the land with.
