Very Interesting ! Will Union Pacific RR hire and employ legal citizens from New Mexico for this Rail Hub ??

Are you kidding? Of course they won't...they will contract it out to AZ as they did the recycle program or employ illegal mexicans..... either way, NM unemployed American citizens gets screwed!
