Please notify the convicted drunk Davin Lopez at MVEDA of this so he can begin formulating a news release of the efforts he and staff made to secure this windfall.

The President and CEO may be found at Hurricane Alley. Even thought it might be during non-business hours, such a frequent customer gets special priviledges.

He is also a frequent participant at Carlos and Mickeys in El Paso.

Ah yes! The name of worthless drunken Davin comes up again. That boy just never learns.

Davin...being from Michigan and all... will need to hire a translator to understand your last sentence.
We know MVEDA - at that obscure office tucked away in a bank few use - has no Spanish speaking individuals.
Davin Lopez is an embarrassment to Las Cruces and Dona Ana County taxpayers. Worse, he draws a six-figure salary to be incompetent and a laughingstock at regional and national meetings.
Sometime in 2011 there will be a public answer by the MVEDA board to Lopez' 2009 BMW crash in El Paso where MVEDA had to pay hundreds of thousands to the innocent woman's family. Her vehicle was struck by Lopez who was twice the legal limit of DUI and arrested.
How Lopez avoided jail time in El Paso County is another under-the-rug issue for us taxpayers.
That lame MVEDA board deserves to give us taxpayers an accounting of how much taxpayer money was wasted in the Lopez arrest.
