I just spoke to them today, and they assured me they will take care of it next time. You have no idea what name and title I have...:-), but I can guarantee you I don't put up scaffolds in a nuclear facility and my security clearance is a "little" higher.
That a a $1.50 will get you a coke. I don't break the law so it doesn't matter to me what the officers do.

The rally is 14 years old now and growing. Your gripes have done all that they will do....get you a pat on the back and a smile. The bikes will be back in the fall along with the noise.....I mean the name is THUNDER BEACH! ROTFL

As I said a little noise and you want to hurt someone. Do you kiss your mother with that mouth? I bet she is real proud of you.
Any mother would be proud of a child that is not a biker...

Well, I'm sure he doesn't kiss his mom on the lips like the bikers do and swap tongue.
Hummm seeing as I just bought a house there as well I have the same right as he does to enjoy myself there.

Thing is T/B will be around for a long time Daytona has been going for 60 plus years.

Many of the bikes I talk to like T/B better so might as well get use to it.

BTW your childish come backs remind me of grade school can't you discuss the topic with intelligence?

When you see the new signs on Front Beach (West End)not allowing frequent stops and starts and excessive noise you will know what I mean... Then go ahead and rap your pipes, and see where you end up..:-) LOSER!!!

You were talking about obozo and you are in a Union? Talk about a hypocrite?
They were probably being sarcastic about the cologne, probably just glad you tried to cover up some of the stench.. lol
I have no reason to go on vacation, I travel to Washington DC quite frequently and when I come home it is to relax "at my home" on the beach that I paid alot of money for.
Just because I work union doesn't mean I drink the coolaid. I too have a home there and spring break is much worse than bike week.

BTW ad hominem attacks just show a lack of debate points and well as a lack of class.

Bikers and biker clubs raise millions of dollars for many charities across the country.

What have you done to help your fellow man or children that are sick lately?

I have been to rallies that have raised thousands from just 300 bikers just so a little girl could have surgery so she could walk.

I am very proud to be a biker and to be actually helping mankind instead of moaning about a little noise twice a year.

Yep, you should be able to enjoy yourself as long as you are peaceful and quiet. I don't appreciate being woke up all hours of the night and then having to get up the next morning to go to work. That is totally disrespectful. And if you think it isn't then you're crazy. And if you think I act childish, what do you think the bikers sound like at 2 and 3 in the morning rapping their pipes?

We go with the flow of traffic so we will stop and start according to that as we always do. The police can't arrest you for that.

I see more cars blocking traffic than bikes. As far as noise my bike meets the legal requirement for sound so again it won't matter to me.

You should really check on getting a life instead of pissing and moaning about the life others choose to live.

I am glad you have a home here, and you do have a right to be here. I do not go by your home trying to make noise to keep you awake or infringe on your rights as a property owner. I could go through ten spring breaks and have no problems, because they do not infringe on my rights as a property owner. Granted I live on the West end that is more quiet than the East during Spring Break, but they do not bother me near as bad as the bikers. If you guys would use Back beach to rap your pipes then I would have no problems with you as well, but you won't. Therefore I will go through the proper channels.

I could care less what kind of life you choose to live, as long as it does not infringe on my rights. If you bike is within the legal limits then what are you b!tching about. You will have nothing to worry about.

The thing is the rally has been there way before you bought your high price house.

Complaining now is a moot point. You should have done your homework better about PCB before buying there.

If it is such a problem sell and go to where there is no rally.

I made sure the flight paths of the planes from the airport were not over the home I bought.....would have it been that much trouble to check out such things before you bought?

Sorry but a lack of planning on your part is not a emergency on the part of anyone else.

I will go through the proper channels as well. I have already talked to several people that are just as sick of it as we are. Someone mentioned starting a petition and taking it to city council.

I'm not the one bitching as you say.....You are and as I said above you bought the house after the rally had been there so you not doing your home work about the noise is not anyone's fault but yours.
