We have known Todd since the 1994 Northridge earthquake and are thankful he has been our general contractor ever since. Our Simi Valley home was the first in the neighborhood to be rebuilt from that devastating quake. Todd quickly organized all trades people and worked hand in hand with our insurance company and the city. The rebuild was skillfully completed with superb quality and at an affordable price. Most of all, however, was his confident but reassuring and calming nature during those trying times. In 1997 Todd remodeled our Thousand Oaks home. With our ideas and his suggestions the project turned out even better than we envisioned. As before, this project was affordably priced. Todd will shortly be doing some additional projects on our home and without a doubt, we will be happy with the results. He has and will always be available to answer our questions and address any concerns. Todd is an easy fit for us with his thorough knowledge and down to earth nature.

I had very specific designs when it came time to remodeling my condominium. When I met with Todd Huff and went over what I wanted to acheive, he was very confident and assured me that the Japanese style would not be a problem. We did the remodel in 3 phases. Todd had each phase done in the time estimated. His quality of workmanship is amazing and it was done exactly as I had envisioned. Todd really made my condominium one of a kind. We entertain often and people are impressed with the design and craftmanship of the whole condo. They say they have never seen anything like it, not even in a sushi restaurant. I am very pleased with everything and I would highly recommend Todd Huff Construction

I have been involved in several projects where Todd was the general contractor. He has always presented a level of professionalism and attention to detail that contribute to a successful project. Todd is able to balance the requirements of the project schedule with those of the clients objectives and over all intended design style. He has a strong sense of the teamwork mentality required on construction projects. It is a pleasure to work with Todd.

I have used Todd Huff Contruction on three separate projects. A room addition, a complete 1,250 sq ft house remodel, and a 5,800 sq ft custom home. In each project the work was done on or ahead of schedule and within the cost estimated. Mr Huff was articulate in relating to me and the subcontractors. He was able to see potiential problems and formulate solutions before they became an issue. He was efficient in formulating dynamic ideas as the different phases of construction unfolded and was able to assimulate these ideas into the architecture of the projects. I hold high regards for Mr. Huff's abilities.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Todd Huff Construction. I have known him for more than fifteen years and he has constructed many projects for my clients. Todd has always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition. He is definitely a leader in a construction project rather than a follower. In addition to his excellent construction skills, he has proven his leadership ability by organizing a construction project to provide the best results for his clients. He is also a most dependable team player. His good judgment and mature outlook ensure a logical and practical approach to a construction project. Todd would be an asset to any construction project, and I am happy to give him my wholehearted endorsement.

I wanted to give you an update on the beach condo that you remodeled for us five years ago. You did such a great job on the place from top to bottom. If you recall, the remodel included; moving walls to change a bedroom into an expanded living area, completely redoing the kitchen, scraping the old acoustic ceilings, retexturing, & adding new paint & flooring. Recently, we purchased a place one block away from the one that you worked on. We were forced to put our place on the market in the midst of this real estate slump. Even though there were several units in the complex that had been sitting there unsold for months, we were able to sell ours in two weeks. It fetched the highest price of any sale in the complex over the past year. Many people who came to the intial open house commented that we had the nicest condo in the 200 unit complex. The remodel helped us sell it.
