Big 3 Construction did my bathroom remodel a few months ago. They were very polite and clean ( as much as construction can be...) They took care of everything for me. They puled the permits, and purchased the tile for me. They custom made my vanity and everything came out great.
I took three estimates before I chose them. Their price was reasonable compared to others, which was rocket high. The quality of the material they used is very high and the helped me choose green products. overall great experience. Ian was very helpful

Big Three remodeled a few rooms in my house: kitchen, bathrooms and my sunroom. They also changed my floors from carpet to wood. They did a great job. They finished before the scheduled finishing date and they were very professional and respectful of my need of privacy during the remodel. I had a really good experience. after remodeling most of my house (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and my patio)
the work was more then you can ask as far as timeframe, clean, and of course quality.
customer service was awesome, i am surly recomend this company for my family, friends and all others that need to remodel their home.

I have had 3 major projects done to my house over the last 5 years. First we added a master bedroom and converted the old master bedroom not a walk-in closet and master bath. Our experience with the contractor we used for that project (NOT Big 3) was just ok. Next was our kitchen, we found a crew from several home shows, Pacific Kitchens, WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Look them up on Angie's and you'll see my review. Stay away from them, poor work quality and horrible customer service, especially for the price we paid The most recent was a total backyard demo and re-do, we used Big 3. I wish I would have found them long ago! What a great experience, from beginning to end.

Their price was in line with all other quotes but the quality of their work and their service was off the charts!! USE THESE GUYS FOR ANY HOME PROJECT YOU HAVE! Ian was our guy and he was very creative with his thoughts and ideas for making our backyard one we will enjoy for many years. Their service was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with a GC and the quality of their output, well I am still awed by it.

Their workers were nice, neat and efficient and the coordination of the project was handled better than I could imagine.

Ian, you and the crew did an awesome job and I will use you for my future projects and gladly refer you to anyone I know. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Big 3 Construction recently remodeled our kitchen...what a dream come true. Ian was our project manager and he is the friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable contractor we have ever worked with. He was really in tune with mine and my husbands needs. As much as I love my husband, I don"t always agree on his style and design. Ian really payed attention to what we both wanted and was able to incorporate both of our ideas in one and really make it look classy. I was amazed! To top it all off, he was able to fit all our design and styles into our budget. So we got what we wanted at the price we wanted. Thank you Ian and thank you Big 3 for being such a wonderful company.

My best friend told me about this company and I used them to remodel both my bathrooms they are great! Team were wonderful to work with, very flexible, understanding and a great communicator. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.
