<quoted text> At this time let us reflect on the tragic fate of Ambassador Stevens, a gay man who was murdered by a Muslim mob in Libya last week, thanks in part to the naive worldview of liberals in government and throughout the media.
This poor guy, this do-gooder, this nice liberal ambassador, was actually on the ship that brought weapons to these revolutionaries.....
He was one of them.
He was like someone in the Occupy Movement.
He was an anthropologist type who thought the Third World was better than the First World.
He was sure that the people in the Arab world knew more about life and reality than any American could ever know.
So he devoted his life to those in Tunisia and Libya. He devoted himself to the boys in tight jeans with BlackBerrys who excited CNN's Anderson Cooper so much.
Anderson Cooper was sure this represented a real revolution. He thought it was just like the Berkeley Free Speech Movement back in the '60s.
If only these boys in tight jeans were liberated from the evil dictator, then somehow things would flower in the Middle East.
At least, that's what they thought, because that's as far as their minds could take them.
Of course, as we all know, the opposite turned out to be true.
So for Obama and Hillary to give a somber tribute to Ambassador Stevens and his staff, and "lay them to rest," is nauseating.
So is your contrived reverence and love for people people different than you, Christian.

We're pulling the "you're a duplicitous joke!" card.
Anything to win Republican?
Christian?
Whatever you think is true because you believe it?
You are a child who demands more in tribute than you provide in service.
And because of this presumption the institutions of government and faith will suffer for what people like you take from their protection, while affording nothing to maintain the dignity and integrity of it's structure and truth.

Sad really.
You can't even conceive of the world the rest of us live in, but if you can't cover the ground necessary to travel in search of truth, stay out of it.

I agree, you may not be living in the real world. An ambassador was killed, should have not if the great obama took heed of the warnings.

And you have such reverence for his sacrifice.
(or is it a political convenience for you that people are dangerous)
Like people in the military- this man elected to be in harm's way to serve his country.
(sacrificed by power, shamelessly for obscure reasons)
Obama sacrificed a gay. That offends my religious sensibilities !
( we've all seen you demonstrate the esteem in which you hold gays)
Equality means same benefit, same danger.
(nobody loves you)
Not exactly Rush Limbaugh are you train wreck?
Please, care about us. Give us the benefit of your guidance?
You've demonstrated yourself to be an incalculable benefit to all the other causes you take up.

Romney didn't write off half the voters.
He pointed out they have been bought off by Obama with taxpayers money.
No dear, Romney wrote off almost half of the nation, and did so with no clue as to who these people are.

So, let's talk about the 47%

Half of them are just hardworking families with allowable deductions (children, EIC, etc.) which zeroed out their tax burden. Paid taxes in, got refunds back.

About 2% are our underpaid military families (and they make up 1% of the nation)--Damn selfish bastards...

A tenth are the elderely, whose income consist of the social security they paid into over the years.

Less than 10% are people so poor they're not worth taxing.

And there's even a 2% that are so rich, they no longer need to work but are no longer making and "taxable income", although they are still getting nice returns on their investment income.

Now, let us not forget that 80% of that 47% still pay payroll taxes, such as FICA and social security.

That means, "They be working".

And not only working, but paying FEDERAL TAXES. Taxes that all of us who make an income pay. They're just not technically "income tax".

Payroll taxes keep getting lost in the discussion, because the GOP only chooses to talk about "income" taxes. Of course, when I look at my check, and I don't know about you, I don't see my deductions as little slivers of assorted taxes, in my mind, it's all income tax, hence the ease at perpetuating the falsehood that these people aren't paying the same taxes you and I do.

But an intelectually dishonest person, such as your buddy Mitt, will try to pass off almost half the country as lazy gadabouts by ignoring that these alleged lazy gadabouts do indeed work, and work hard at what they can, and do indeed pay taxes.

And let us not forget that his broad paintbrush has just painted our military enlisted as lazy handout-seeking bought-and-paid-for losers. Way to go, MITTENS!!!

Mitt Romney hasn't done anything to anybody.

When he talks to his donors about these 47% that are locked into Obama, he does it with disappointment, sadness, and maybe a little disgust. Where everybody analyzing this is wrong is he would love to be able to reach them. He has not written them off.

The Obama campaign has written off "white, working-class voters." He's written 'em off. Now, there's no tape of Obama saying so. But there's a column of one of Obama's supporters saying that that's what the campaign's doing.

Obama's out attempting to stigmatize anybody that has succeeded and is calling them the enemy. Where's the outrage over that?

Babe, You're an idiot. You, even after being given the breakdowns, still paint the 47% as a bunch of entitled tit babies.

MY GAWD! Your stupidity is astounding!!!

The 47% includes a large number of "white, working-class voters", plus working-class voters of other colors, too. As a matter of fact, 80% of the 47% are working-class voters. YES! Working.

My outrage is that there are people in this country that are soooo stupid! Sooooo deluded, that they actually believe that. You, madam, are a lost cause, but a good example to those who would follow.

Tell me, you've got your head firmly lodged up Romney's rear (this week), does it smell like roses or something?

Daily Horoscope for June 17

Virgo

You'll really enjoy the company of people who make you think today, especially if they can keep you entertained and amused at the same time. You aren't in the market for anyone who's too set in their ways or who thinks like a robot. You want lively, intellectual conversation and the chance to give your brain some exercise, and a vapid conversation about last night's TV isn't going to do it for you.
