Just another way to lower property values, if you ask me.

Ever wonder why people go feral and stay in that condition?Maybe because they choose; to live that life?

The survey of four individuals found that it cost taxpayers $107,032 to provide housing and other benefits to a homeless person for two years, compared with $187,288 for those living in the street.

HOW ABOUT THEY GET A JOB instead of us paying $55K a year? If they are too sick to get a job, institutionalize them til they are rehabilitated.

"As we realize the economic impact of homelessness in Los Angeles and beyond, we need to continue driving the programs that will eradicate homelessness and poverty in Los Angeles County," Buik said. "It's an uphill battle, with foreclosures up and over half (the people) spending more than 30 percent of their income on housing."

Move them to the desert. Plenty of room and cheap land there.

If people have "mental" problems and either can't or won't take care of themselves then we should open up the old Sate run Mental Hospitals that the Liberals made us close down. Surely they were better off in there than out on the streets where they just run up bills that all of us have to pay.$187,288 to keep 4 homeless bums on the street!....lol....Liberalism is a Mental Disorder!

There are as many reasons for being homeless as there is for getting a divorce, or not paying your bills, or not seeing a doctor when necessary, or not going to work everyday, or school. Get the point.
I hope so because if you understand this then you have to understand that no one problem is going to solve the homeless situation. But one of the main problems are the social programs that enable homeless people to stay homeless. Sure they always say that their goal is to get them off the street but in reality less than .05% get housed in Santa Monica. Another reason is look at the food lines and you will rarely see skinny people, most are fat or way overweight. It's impossible to go hungry in Santa Monica.
So what do we want to do? Keep them on the streets awaiting homes and feed them to death? Or do we want to do what Jesus says. "Teach them to fish." Give them shelter and teach them to be self reliant. If they will not be taught they will be given bus tickets to another town. SIMPLE.

But Escobar never bit. Then they resorted to noise , sleep deprivation technology and popping ultrasounds to the back of his head upon movement of him turning his head from side to side while sleeping driving or walking in public to simulate he was being watched or tracked. These techniques of harassment meet the FCC rules violation as determined as electronic and heat RF, RADON AND MOTION SENSOR TARGETING. It is illegal and goes on in investigative harassment to test ones stress levels and also used to cause discomfort in humans to a specified location of the body so they wonít park there or move , walk away or donít shop there . But the local law enforcement have taken Escobar one step further. They whispered to him in openeave audio upon a law enforcement protocol ViOP and used microwave FEY EFFECT to trick Ramon Escobar into thinking he was hearing voices to make him believe those were his god & Jesus who are in charge of him and keep him safe. He did what they told him to do, the police told him to go kill all those others the police hated anyway. Tada-baby! THE Los Angeles Police and Medi-Cal are behind this so is the Dept of Recreations and Parks. The rangers and Sheriffs of LA co jails. They whispered on a LAPD Protocol directional audio to his direction telling him to kill. He thought it was his own thoughts but no. It was the LAPD cleaning up the streets and they have been using this technology since 1980s on all homeless . I can prove it 100%. I designed one of the softwares that they sent WiFi over.

OK. I already know about noise attacks and sleep deprivation. Where is your proof of the technology?
