If I'm understanding this correctly, "Of the 32 commercial displacements, 13 are north of the Yandell Bridge near the Paisano and Ruhlen Court intersection", seems like that includes the Rescue Mission. Man, they just made a big addition to the building. Where will they move to?

The principal manager of the Rescue Mission is a barrister and he's a shark. He won't let them get railroaded in the deal.
