"Parolee arrested after threatening behavior"

I THREATEN TO BEHAVE!

It takes about a minute to come up with a good headline. I'd say they took all of 15 seconds for this one.

Out of my way or I'll whack you with this row of corn or maybe this tomato cage (that would hurt, actually). Guess they meant "garden shovel".

What has this world come to, when you can't take a little speed and wield a garden tool from time to time...?

What is wrong with wielding a garden in a parking lot? Food Not Lawns would be proud.

I wish he would come over to my house, the weeds are out of control. Some wielding of a garden tool is needed.

Has anyone seen the movie the " Lazerus Project "

A significant initiative was started for use
in creating counter-drug measures: the Brain
Imaging Technology Initiative.“This
initiative establishes NIDA [National
Institute on Drug Abuse] regional
neuroimaging centers and represents an
interagency cooperative endeavor funded by
CTAC [Counterdrug Technology Assessment
Center], Department of Energy (DOE), and
NIDA to develop new scientific tools (new
radiotracers and technologies) for
understanding the mechanisms of addiction
and for the evaluation of new
pharmacological treatments.”39 Through
neuroimaging, not only could the stated
objective be achieved, but through imaging a
person’s emotional states could be mapped,
chemical influences determined and perhaps
even specific thoughts read.

That revolting "hooker hotel" on the corner of Ocean and Broadway should be mowed down immediately! Why aren't the owners made responsible for renting their rooms to obviously messed up, no good, idiot hunks of dung like this? I live in this area and that damned hotel is a constant problem!

flies are attracted to rotting trash ..

Maybe if the hotel staff can't control quality of tenants, we have entire industry that caters to this kind of activity along Ocean Street.

By large portion, these hotels are overpriced dive situations which are straight up, a health risk. But public policy evidently coddled this kind of culture which is part and partial to why Santa Cruz can't sustain economically ..
