I agree. I think that plea bargaining and pleading guilty to get a lighter sentence should not be allowed in most cases. Except as a last resort to track down other criminals involved in a very terrible murder or something else very serious. I do not believe nor will I ever believe that a child molester should EVER be allowed out into the general public again in it's lifetime. But unfortunately we don't seem to have much say so in these very important things. I just hope that some day the drips in charge will come to their senses.

I thought Nacho Vargas was involved in the murders too, but he wasn't mentioned. I still we remember how shocking it was, I went to grade school with them. What a waste!

I still remember this and remembering his funeral he was so friendly and down to earth it was hard to believe someone would just kill him. He left behind children who will never get to meet him. God bless him and his family
