Couldn't that be considered libel? Do you have proof that that is a thought which goes through his head? Has he ever made that exact statement?
It's 'slander', but being that he's a public personality, the level of umn.. hmmm...'slanderous-ness' required to sue is different than if you told everyone your boyfriend or girlfriend is a trollop, slut, whore, manwhore (even if he/she is).

Is that simple enough?

I'll leave it a that. It only gets waaaay more complex and your little brain might explode.

He speaks.
Oh what did we do to deserve this?
I know, Robert wrote a new article which highlights his writing abilities and he linked it so we can all see what he's up to. I'm sure he probably liked the Indybay article to this one. It's like one big Robert Norse circle jerk!!!

BECKY: Bernard Klitzner and I met with Ryan Coonerty shortly after his election of City Council four years ago. We asked him to repeal MC 6.36.010 section b which we call "THE BLANKET BAN" because it outlaws "setting up bedding" between the hours of 11PM and 8:30AM. Police interpret this as any use of a blanket or sleeping bag during those hours. Lt. Steve Clark confiscated the only blanket Anthony Patanjo possessed at 3AM during the summer of 1996. It was a cold night and Patanjo begged Clark to let him keep his blanket. Clark refused.

The law has not been changed since, it is still enforced, and Ryan Coonerty thinks it's just fine. Clark has been repeatedly promoted.

Realist -

The trolls are all over downtown.

Becky -

Downtown is not a campgrounds. Ryan Coonerty has done a great job with Santa Cruz and quite frankly, I would love to be able to walk downtown without having to worry that a bad batch of meth is going around.
