talking to a guy from arizona I learn that over there there is a rumor among homeless, vagabonds and the like that santa cruz has a nice weather and is a great place to come and live since the town offers shelter and gives away all kinds of free stuff.
way to go non profits keep playing god and in the proses bring bigger problems for the small town of santa cruz until it became a total caveman's den and then nobody will be able to live anymore.
this town should be for the ones that can respect the law and can financially earn it.

It was a misdemeanor sexual assault accusation, which is fourth degree sexual assault in my state, a crime where a person is alleged to have touched the other person on their buttocks or whatever. Since the police weren't serving an arrest warrant, that tells me that it was a she said/he said case, all that Goulet had to do was invoke his right to remain silent and the case probably wouldn't have gone anywhere since police had no evidence in the first place.
