She is a murderer and stole a life she should have to serve her full sentence. I was in juvenile hall with her and she wasn't even sorry for what she did!

In September 2010, a panel of three judges from the sixth appellate district court reversed Judge Northway’s trial court ruling finding it was in error.(Case No. HQ34512) The prosecution presented an extremely strong case that Alspaw committed a willful, premeditated, and deliberate murder. And just the essential facts indicate as much. The same psychologist had concluded in 1996 that she did not suffer from IBP. They concurred that changing your mind 10 years later based on new uncorroborated information does not change the facts and evidence of this cold-blooded murder case.
The reason a person with IPB would kill the batterer is precisely because he is a
batterer. Such crimes are rarely premeditated over a prolonged period of time, the perpetrators generally feel remorse and they don’t try to conceal the crime. Here, there is no evidence that Alspaw committed this crime as a result of the alleged victimization. Aside from the “evidence” of the victimization being unreliable, the evidence in this case demonstrates that Alspaw premeditated this killing and developed an elaborate plan in the process. She expended a tremendous amount of effort in covering up the crime, both that night and in the days that followed. And Alspaw has never shown genuine remorse. Instead, after killing their son and brother, she further violated Sean’s family by pretending to share their grief and worry. This murder was committed out of jealously, rage and anger, not because Alspaw was a battered woman. Sean hadmoved on and was dating someone new and this was unacceptable to Alspaw. As Deputy Commissioner O’Hara noted:
…I think he was trying to extricate himself, move on with his life, clearly you weren’t going to have that.(2/11/15 Parole Board Decision, page 9-25)

https://docs.justia.com/cases/ ..., Page 2, line 4 shows that this verdict was short-lived. This court doc also shows she had someone changing dates on her next Habeaus and she got busted. She has managed to pull in the IPB story again though, in a way the board felt their hands were tied so she will be released on 6/30/15 along to join the other 377 1st degree murderers coming into your CA neighborhood this year.#caprisonbreak #jerrybrowngov
