It's sad that a bright spot downtown becomes collateral damage in the war on undesirable, aggressive panhandling bums that had taken over the Pacific Garden Mall.

its bad enough the money inadequacies prostitution std spreading racket harassing the std/drug epidemic(homeless) victims--now we got the wash narcotic money in real estate racket entities acting respectable and even racketeering the social services!!!! Its bad enough these so called americans made these homeless people, but to harass them also!!!!! THAT'S GOING TO FAR!!!!
