That means that weiland was involved in a strong arm robbery with the murder victim attacking weiland with a lethal weapon with intent of robbing weiland, and weiland killing the murder victim--standard sentence is 6 years for 3rd degree murder, he'll do 3 years with good time--with the time he already served?? He won't even get state time--with rehab-he'll get a longer sentence etc.--he is better off just doing his time at the farm.

You guys remember frank lopez's murder of chicken chest dave on the river levee? They got into a argument over a bottle of beer, and apparently dave tried to steal franks beer etc. etc. and chicken chest dave got the knife or bottle in gut and died. Drug and alcohol abuse!! I hope weiland takes that rehab plea and goes pure-so he does not have to go though the ordeal again.
