So glad Scotts Valley decided to remain part of good ole 'Murika. No wonder they got so few 'bums and illegals' and Johnny at the Dock port would say...

Santa Cruz is definitely the BUM MAGNET of the county. SVPD is responsive to it's residents and enforces local ordinances. They are not directed by a series of dysfunctional city councils and forced to be social workers not law enforcement officers.
Santa Cruz takes pride in being weird while Scotts Valley takes pride in being a safe place to live.
We each get the governance we deserve (vote for).
P.S. We also know how to repurpose and recycle plastic plastic bags. They make great liners for bathroom garbage bins, cheap lunch bags, diaper disposal bags, etc. it's rare to see one along the road.
