We could have between 10,000 to 15,000 homeless convicts on river st. probably with no gate money and Ross dept. store is right in the line of fire. Its gotta move.

unless of course Ross dept store does not sell these items:

shoes

under clothing -under wear socks

shirts

shorts-swimming trucks

pants

backpacks-luggage

blankets-sheets etc.

if they can stay open without selling these items??
Then Ross dept. will be okay-- but I doubt it.
