Wonderful service BEFORE you pay. After i had paid for my peice, i received the worst treatment ever. Any questons i had were dealt with in a very rude manner not to mention the owner acted as if i was a nusance. She became very annoyed and even told me she didn't want to deal with me anymore. It was a custom peice that i was paying money for and all got in return for my business was attitude. After asking too many questions (in her opinion) she told me i could go elsewhere to get the item done. I should of taken this as a red flag! They are a new business, shouldn't they be on their best behavior to gain referrals and return customers? The owner was even aware of the fact that i neede more custom jewlery done in the coming months. Unbelievable!!!

I am so surprised to see the negative review of this establishment and doubt the authenticity of it - I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE terrific experiences here. They have exquisite original pieces, in a relaxed environment, where you can feel free to browse, window shop, and ask questions. The owner even cleaned my bracelets that I was wearing for free (not bracelets that I bought from her)... I have been treated with nothing but respect and proudly wear 3 gorgeous pieces from this place. I highly highly recommend Bella Jewelers to ANYONE!

I agree with Crystal --I too have had several experiences at Bella's and each were way above standard!! In fact, irregardless of how many customers were in the store, the owners often exceeded my expectations in their ability to make everyone seem like they were the only one!! I love Bella Jewelry store! I've bought several Murano glass pieces and I get nothing but compliments on all of them. Unfortuately, my bracelet broke and I brought it back to be fixed. Not a problem! They fixed it for me, as well as changed the catch to make it easier to put on. Everytime I walk into the store, Mayna greets me personally with a smile. I NEVER feel pressured to buy anything! They're always so helpful when I go in there. They always clean my jewelry when I come in and no charge.

I tell everyone about Bella!! I love to have a great place to shop at in the Santa Clarita Valley!

I love Bella Jewelers, Manya and her husband Harut have the most esquisite jewelry anywhere!! They are so helpfull and knowledgeable. They will design whatever you want and you will love it. They use the highest quality stones and Harut is the best diamond setter around!I have several pieces that they have designed and get compliments on them all the time. I recommend them to everyone.You will be truly amazed and delighted when you go and see all their beautiful jewelry.Everyone there is so personable and friendly. That negative review is a sham. You or anyone in this valley should be so lucky that, finally!, in Santa Clarita has jewelry that is upscale and a cut above ANY store.
Authentic as well as designer pieces that are only found in Neiman Marcus...not to mention top of the line Silver designers that no retail store could secure approval. Italian AUTHENTIC pieces that only their own designer stores could carry.
Do you have any idea how hard it is to get Swarovski glass approval?
YOUR behavior is rude and pathetic and I would guess that YOU have a jewelry business that feeling the pinch...the pinch of a store that finally has arrived to our community.

My experience has always been great. The owners have always been available to answer any questions for me. i have bought two pieces for my wife and they have done some customer work for me as well. Glad they are in town.
