This is puking sick. He needs to be locked away for good. If he is not, Judges, when he kills a person or a family or two or three families this is just as much your fault as his........Get it right this time.

He really needs to be put in jail for a very long time, with no chance of parole. I just don't understand why we put up with crap like this in America. People commit crimes because they know that the penalties aren't that bad, and if they get a good lawyer they can get away with anything. That makes me sick. I have researched some European justice systems, and a lot of the types of crime that are out of control here, don't happen that often over there. It's because they are tougher on criminals. It just makes me sick to think this is how we work, and it's not just Silver City, it's everywhere.

So this guy gets all this attention. It's the systems fault. What happened from the 2nd to the 11 DWI??????? The system and the judges are not doing the job correctly. Ok so mom says don't play in the street so whats the first thing we did. So the judge says don't drink and drive, ok little boy, oh yes sir your honor, I promise I will never do that again, cross my heart and bla bla bla. let me get one and it would cost $10 grand first offense. Lets change the system, make first offense a felony. Mandatory 1 year in Jail. A DWI jail where they support the system. Take away voting rights and hunting rights, take away the cars and trucks and put them up for auction. The state preaches tough, but they act like pussy cats. This state is a JOKE.

It is a big part of NM culture to drink and drive. There will be another next week but more than likely tomorrow or later today.

Once again Old Man you are the voice of common sense and logic.I'm sure your solution would do much to define who we are as human beings and a nation.
