Not even that if you're a Kennedy
Fair enough.

It was the end of Teddy's presidential hopes.
(Though that didn't become official until 1980.)

Seriously?
Even if they proved he ordered it, I don't think he'd go to jail.
i think the Sandy allegations are more grave. But do you think he will survive a full governorship term?

Hey! I consider having a wide stance to be a family value. The men in my family all have long legs and well-developed quadriceps.

If you're considering putting every politician who causes a traffic jam into prison then you're gonna have to call Snake Plisken. We're putting plan 'Escape from New York" into effect. I just hope it won't be too crowded in there.

Classical psychology, like classical physics, has been moulded by the Newtonian worldview. The bootstrap or integrated approach to psychology can demonstrate to us how the various schools of psychology can be harmoniously merged into a coherent system if one realizes that in the domain of psychology we're simply dealing with different levels of consciousness inherent in the person's energy field.

I see a close nexus between being conscious and being ecologically sensitive - for in the ultimate analysis unity underlies diversity!

The mayor doesn't strike me as very credible.
Seems like her words against hers (the Lt Gov).
We're looking at a long, exhaustive investigation on all of this.
No real evidence yet. Nothing yet that would cost him his job.
It'll be interesting to see it all play out.

The "transpersonal" experiences are highly subjective with visible manifestations often arising in the body, words and deeds of the transpersonalist.

And as we learned in the past, even a girl, a cigar, and a stained dress can be forgiven.
OTOH, the Europeans thought that we Americans way overreacted to all of that.

(But then again, the girl was "live" after all...)

IN SEARCH OF A NEW MIND-MATTER PARADIGM

How did energy turn conscious? Consciousness in its breadth and depth is too complex to have arisen from insentience. So, how does consciousness inhere in energy? Is consciousness local or of the nonlocal kind? There's no valid explanation to account for the existence of consciousness in energy that fits in with currently acceptable paradigms based on materialism as the crux of everything. How do we proceed from this dead-end in logically answering the question - how did consciousness emerge in energy? Evidently, our notion of reality is skewed and incomplete. Materialism cannot account for consciousness and consciousness cannot account for the existence of energy. Consciousness is intelligence, energy is brawn. Neither can exist without the other. Where one is, the other is present covertly or explicitly. Activity is a sign of energy, order of intelligence. Both work in tandem. One without the other can neither function nor exist. This imbroglio of mind-matter can be resolved by taking the facts for what they are and integrating them into a holistic system. We need a new paradigm that simply accepts the glaring fact that reality has both a dynamic and an objective aspect which is energy and that at the same time the other side of reality is consciousness which is the basis of intelligence and order. both are essentially needed to explain the nature of reality. We have objectively investigated energy through scientific experiments, while consciousness can only be researched by turning the consciousness on itself in a yoga of sorts.

Had I been in a relationship, I would stick with wife or live-in on grounds of compatibility and wouldn't mind my partner having sexual affairs with boyfriends and I'd make sure that my partner, too, wouldn't tie me down to a boring monogamous relationship.

Subject: Nazi descendants

The link below (about 8 mins) is definitely worth watching. It was filmed by an Israeli news team who accompanied a group of 2G, 3G, and 4G Nazi descendants on a tour of the death camps.

The Jinn and Tonic Skype team of atheists have soundly screwed up Quran and Islamic apologists. The whole Quran has been debunked. Kudos to Godless Saudi, Stop Spamming, Aly Aly, Klingschor and Almighty Atheismo of the Jinn and Tonic team.
