He was only ordered to pay five thousand dollars in restitution? This guy should have been sent to prison or jail for at least a year. What a lucky dog!

Many people are released off probation/parole before they pay off their restitution. I think that is what this criminal is up to. Puppies on Craigs list, Bah.

What a payoff... bilk the state out of thousands and only pay $100 back, which was likely "earned" through forcing dogs to breed. Nice!
