Supervisors, in reversal, vote to limit speakers' time

SANTA ANA Orange County's Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to limit to nine minutes per meeting the total time that any one member of the public may address the board, reversing a decision they made last month.
These politicians are dictators. They want to censor free speech rights.
