Aside from not working in any practical way, these acts don't occur in parks. If they are going to victimize someone this will not prevent it. About as ridiculous as the sex offender registry, if they (some) are that dangerous shouldn't they be locked up. If they have done their time, they should be left alone to rebuild their life like anyone else that has committed a crime. If everyone who had sex before they were 18 with someone, the jails couldn't handle them all. They also say there are 8,000,000 offenders we don't know about compared to the 3/4 million we are "watching" on the registry? What motivation do they have to turn their life around anyway with this lifetime stuff?
