I wonder if now that John has passed, if Erie will continue to be pushed as the locus for this treatment should it pass it's trials. I certainly hope so.

What a sad day. One of the greatest people of our times is gone, but hopefully what he left behind will save millions of lives. May God bless him and his family.

I knew John. He was responsible for helping others achieve success in business - and never really realized the positive impact he had others around him, long before his potential cancer treatment made him internationally famous.

I surely do hope his most recent dream comes to fruition and that he continues to get the recognition he so rightly deserved.

He will be missed.

What a wonderful gift God gave us in John Kanzius.
Makes you wonder what the other cancer researchers have been doing for the last 50 years. This is what true creative thinking can do. Can you imagine how great the world would be if we all turned off the boob-tube.

John Kanzius was a another true America hero. His dedication to work on a cure for a disease which he had but knew he knew couldn't help himself.

Rest in Peace John, it was a pleasure to meet you.

John Kanzius's passing saddens me as I'm certain it does everyone attempting to defeat cancer. We all pra that John's work will continue. I hope that MD Anderson and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center realize what a treasure to mankind that they hold in their hands and do honestly believe that within two years, the importance of Mr. Kanzius's discovery will be known throughout the world.

As a fellow sufferer of CLL, the cancer Mr. Kanzius had, I of course was intrigued and interested. I thought early on that this device could very well work.
I don't think people understand what a huge breakthrough this would represent if it works as hoped.
I am terribly sorry Mr. Kanzius did not live to see his machine in regular use, saving lives.
