Kanzius' device has no " ... ability to burn salt water." Radio emission emited from the the device somehow separates the hydrogen and oxygen atoms (H2O)that make up the water molecule.

Hydrogen is combustible (burns) over a wide range of concentrations in air, and various common physical processes (open flames, hot surfaces, friction, electrical spark, static discharge) can serve as sources of ignition.

What's seen burning in the Kanzius'video is the hydrogen released released by the device
