Marion County man pleads guilty to 1990 rape in Casselberry

Sherrif's office because of the crime that he committed against one of their own in 1999. Cops "take" care of each other, someone knew someone, who could "take care" of Wesley for them. You can't beleive everything you read in the papers of from the corupt police. Wesley's DNA was taken in 1999, held in file with FDLE. Very easy for CPD to "place" that DNA on the bed sheet clippings that they kept. The public should be aware of what the police are capable of and watch out for Big Brother!
