I didn't read anything about driving over fences or into yards. If the police officer did something wrong, it will come out after the investigation which isn't nearly completed yet. Chances are that after the investigation, it will reveal much more than the newspapers told you.
The cop went almost 100 yards through an empty lot with a vegetable garden, and a chain link fence, to end up half way across another back yard stopping just short of a garage. All to catch a seat belt violator.

Yes indeed!...The administrations improper, unlawful, and incorrect application of the Justice Department and the EPA,..(just to name a couple),... is untolerable, unacceptable and should be thoroughly investigated by Congressional committee.

If they ain't got something to moan about they'll turn on each other over the slightest disagreement....They're a laugh a minute!...lol.

I can't believe how much they harp and moan about the police especially. They have no respect for the law, and it shows.

Oh please. They look for that with us truck drivers all the time. Yet most of us don't get tickets for that. And let me tell you, a 70,000 pound vehicle flies down those downgrades a hell of a lot faster than a 3,000 pound vehicle.
My biggest problem I have with other drivers are those who are not paying any attention. Talking on their cell phone with no regard to how fast they are going or what the speed limit even is. When a cop pulls somebody like that over, they are quite aware that this is a person not paying attention to anything.
Here in my state, our highway speed limits change depending on where you are at. In and closer to the city, the speed limit is 60 mph. Outside of the city it's 65 mph. So why would the police sit right there where those speed limits change? Because they nail all the drivers who are not paying attention.
If you wonder why I'm posting much later than usual, it's because I was involved in a ten car/truck accident on the highway this evening. When traffic came to a sudden stop, I was able to, but not the near dozen motorists behind me. They were not paying attention to safety distance. They were not paying attention to the people in front of them in the mist of water coming from the road because it was raining. Because of that, I didn't get home until 6 hours later than I normally would have. So especially tonight, I have no sympathy for motorists who don't pay attention to WTF they are doing.
I was referring to a 5 lane overpass where the speed limit is 45. as you are coming down the other side of the bridge there is a 35 mph sign off to the side. If you have not reduced your speed to 35 by the time "you get to the sign" you get a ticket. They set up at the bottom with their radar pointing at the sign. If you don't know the speed drops you will probable not slow down in time to avoid a ticket. By the time you see the sign it is too late. I saw them the other day set up where there is a go straight only lane and a right turn only lane. They were handing tickets to people in the right turn only lane if they didn't use their signal when turning right from the right turn only lane. Give me a break.

Damn are you dumb. I wasn't given a ticket. The cop walked all around my truck and couldn't find any violations. I was wearing seat belt and he could see I had it on when he made the statement. It was his way of saying he could do anything he wants and there is nothing I can do about it. He had no reason for stopping me. He had just gotten done stopping someone when he pulled me over. I saw the other car pull a little ahead of me and I was the next vehicle to come down the road. As I said, he was trolling, not patrolling.

That's BS and you know it. There's no such thing as a 1 second yellow light. I've been all over, and have been driving since I was 15 and I've yet to encounter a "1 second yellow light."

You are a despicable liar....But keep on moaning!...lol!.

Then what you're talking about is entrapment. Now let me ask: did you complain about this problem to your local representatives? How about your local television stations? Did they take an interest in your problem? Did you look into state law as to how and where speed limit signs are to be posted? Did you ever properly contest your ticket in court? What did you exactly do about this problem?

I'm willing to bet that you did nothing. And the reason you did nothing is because the city is doing nothing wrong. With the exception of overhanging tree branches covering signs, I've never seen a speed limit sign that I could only see once I got right in front of it. I can see speed limit signs hundreds of feet away.

Well, the Democrats had about a dozen or so people seeking the nomination. It boiled down to two people: Hillary and DumBama. DumBama was in the Senate under two years--most of which he spent running for the nomination. Other than that, he was a state representative who voted "present" most of the time with community organizing experience.

Hillary on the other hand had 8 years in the US Senate and 8 years in the White House albeit her husband was technically the President; they always worked as a team. So now we have a person with 16 years of federal government experience vs a guy with about a year of federal government experience. Democrats chose DumBama. Why?

The general election came around, and again, we had a war hero with decades of experience in federal government vs DumBama. DumBama won with the only message of Hope and Change.

If you want to believe that DumBama is our President for any other reason than being black, you can kid yourself all you want. But if you're still going to hold true to that, then perhaps you can explain to me how he got the Noble Peace prize for doing absolutely nothing but being black?

We can agree on a lot of things. There are flaws on both sides of our two party political system and admitting it brings people together for a common cause. I consider driving...freedom. There are to many penalties for doing something wrong in to many regions of our country. Politics pits one side against another in most issues and this is one. You may not like this. One of the driving issues is drinking. We have dropped the amount of deaths and other gruesome details massively. But we are always told that we can get it lower and lower. You can't. Unless you have total upheaval of the system. So you drop deaths from 50 thousand to 10 thousand while destroying ten times more or hundred times more of the population with DUI/DWI stops and fines and loss of licenses and massive public embarrassment and loss of jobs and so much more. More families broken up. Parents and children estranged. And so much more. There is a median that gets the best results. When MADD was first started, it was welcomed. It was needed. Soon after, warnings were issued by people who are wary of anything deemed "good" with no limitations. Warnings said that the movement would pass a certain point and lawyers would get involved. Lawyer speak would be the rules and we know that most things we do, lawyer speak is the middleman in our lives. Well what was written is reality now. At some point more and more people will say th ehell with it and leave their families and let the state pay for it. Hell, some are doing it now. To be a slave to others has its limits. Government needs to take a step back and stop incriminating people. We are living in declining times with a good chunk of people collecting from government. yet the need for revenues continues unabated. Anyway, the drinking czars want to lower the alcohol intake much lower. This is bad. For people will not stop. We are a drinking and drug using nation. Nothing government enforced will end this. We have gotten the most we will get from the penalties if caught. And we have destroyed to many to save much less. That is reality. Making money and creating false jobs is a crime in itself. Especially when the people on the jobs are guilty of the same.

Time for a physics lesson for your sorry ass.

Listen up numbnut!

Pay attention!

Any time you go down an inclined plane you pick up speed. It's called GRAVITY!!!.... If you don't start to break when you hit the summit you will begin to automatically begin to accelerate.

acceleration = space / time ˛= m / s ˛

Force / mass = acceleration....N / kg = m / s˛

g = G mass / space ˛

F = g mass2 = G mass1 mass2 / space˛

Yeah go on!....Blame the police!

When it comes down to it, no, they don't need a reasonb.

I had a Chevy that had six tail lights and was pulled over- a felony stop, complete with drawn weapons even though I had a kid in a child seat in the back.

It became clear after the stop that he pulled me over for turning left on a red light after stopping -he was unclear on the law- and the "felony stop" was training, he told me, for the rookie who was riding with him.

We all know the mentality, and obviously, the pedophile cop wannabe was of the same mindset.

And the pedophile didn't get the respect he thought he should have gotten commensurate with his rank of cop wannabe from this black-skinned teenager.
