A 45-year-old woman was shot and killed inside her Sandy Springs apartment by the father of her teenage daughter, police said.

We will not know until it is given a fair chance. The jail/prison system is an obvious failure. Why not try something different?!

Tax payers money won't go towards paying to feed, clothe and house the trash. The money can go toward DNA and catching ALL criminals and the CORRECT criminals. SO SIMPLE! Hallelujah!
