Adrenaline on the lake

Ohioans -- not unlike the partisans of most other states, I suppose -- enjoy claiming dubious titles for their native land: the Mother of Presidents, the Birthplace of Aviation, the State That's Definitely Nothing Like Michigan.

I love Cedar Point but I don't know about the beach. The last time I was there a few years ago, there were dead and rotting fish all along the shore line and we didn't go into the water at all.

I was at Cedar Point two weeks ago, walked the entire length of the beach and it was immaculate!

i love cedar point and have be going since 1975 when they only had 3 roller costers. the ferris wheel is great to get a look at the park and lake.
no other park can beat it. the magnum xl 200 is my favorite coaster.

Cedar Point is great, but Mean Streak is not a great example of how a wood coaster should run. Blue Streak is a much better ride. If you really want to see how wood coasters should be, go to Kennywood in Pittsburgh, or Holiday World just this side of Evansville. Any of those experiences should demonstrate that the experience on Mean Streak is about as typical for a wood coaster as a trip down High Street is typical of an Interstate highway.

i must say, your report was good, although i still think mean streak is one of my favorite roller coasters, right up there with the beast and son of beast.

the cedar point is the best park in thr world!because i love roller costers and cedar point is the rollercoster capital of the world.
