Regulators on Friday closed Haven Trust Bank in Georgia and Sanderson State Bank in Texas , bringing to 25 the number of U.S. bank failures this year.

Sad to see that the local bank in Sanderson collapsed. Pecos bank has been in the county a long time, but most folks there preferred to do business with the local bank.
