to teachermom: I don't know or remember much or a lot about last thursday, but I know I was saying no a lot, as in NO, this is not gonna happen, or NO, this is not a good day to die, or NO, this is not gonna go any way but what I say, I was only consumed with Amy. If I was rude or upsetting to you or anyone, I apoigize, and am sorry. I didn't mean to offend anyone. Hope your people are ok.
Thank you for you concern and support. Hope all is well. Much love and peace.

Steve, by no means were you being rude and you certainly did not offend anyone. We knew you were very upset and We all felt so bad for you and your family. We had heard bits and pieces about the wreck. My friend's dad is better but going downhill, which was to be expected. Again, I am glad that Amy and her boys are on the mend.

I know this is an old story, but the Sand Springs leader did a story on a woman that stopped to help, so any of you that have been commenting on this story might want to read it, it's a really touching story. Here's the link, i hope it works! http://www.sandspringsleader.com/articles/200...

If any lessons are learned from this incident they are that all people need to learn basic first aid skills & have a CPR class! All too often EMS is further out that a bystander & the difference between life & death many times can be attributed to the actions of a bystander. Yes, it is of the utmost importance to call 911 & know the exact location, but having any training at all not only enables the bystander to aid the person in need, but it also gives them the calmness to handle the situation they have found themself in. Listen to the 911 operator, do as he/she says & the outcome will be the best possible. And as this situation has shown, friendships & new found compassion can often result from what began as a serious accident.
God Bless this family & all of their "Angels".....

This is new update on Amy and her progress. WE as a family also were pleased with the article in the Leader last Sunday. Keri Miller, Shirley Avey, and Mary Oden,(the lady, "Angel", who crawled in the car and held Amy's head up so she could breathe), and all the people on that scene that Thursday evening are all heroes to us because as I've said before, these are the people who saved Amy's life. To all of you, we are so amazed and thankful that so many were there who knew and did what they knew or were supposed to do, we have no words worthy to express in our native english to say thank you. So feel our thankfulness from all our hearts and hear our spirits cry with joy. Amy is just continuing to improve almost hourly it seems. She has a way to go, but she is going. If there are people out there who don't think miracles happen, then please tell them this story. Amy is a miracle. I'm really surprised to see some people who are still following this story. Thank you. Keep your prayers, positive thoughts, and well wishes coming. Its what has made this the story that it is. Thank you all so very much. Much love and peace. Steve and all our family.

Steve, I too am very happy to hear about Amy's progress. My wish is that she completely heals so that she can enjoy her family. I too agree that there are still Angels in this world and one touched Amy's life at the accident. Keep us posted.

Amy, I am so happy to see your post. You must be doing so much better.I was in the ER that night with a friend whose dad was very ill. I saw your entire family and my heart was aching for them. We heard bits and pieces about the accident while we sat in ER. I went outside to use my phone and your poor father was so upset. I felt so bad for him. I am glad to know that there are Angels and miracles that helped you be where you are today. I'm sure everybody is glad to have you back home.

Howdy everybody. As you can see from Amy's post we've had a wonderful Mother's Day. Amy is still putting it all together, but how many of you all would have thought she would be able to post on a computer less than a month ago? What a miracle and a blessing it is to see that all things work together for good to them that love god. I really don't mean to try and preach, so forgive me. I am really at a loss as to how to explain all this.
So, I believe. Amy is soooooo happy just to be at home with her "men". It's what's healing her as much as anything. God bless you all for even giving a damn about us. I know it will be rewarded someday, some how, some way. Much Love and peace.

Thank you Amy for getting on here & thank you for having such wonderful young boys! It was a very enlightening trip to the ER, Ethan is amazing! I myself have a 5 year old grandson & I hope that if he were to ever be in a situation such as this that he would be ever so much as strong and brave!
I hope & pray that you heal fast & are able to enjoy many wonderful years playing with those boys!

Howdy everybody. Thanks again for following our story. Amy is just getting better every day, seems like every hour. I say that because we're all thankful for every minute, hour, day, etc. Ethan is just absolutely back to his old self. He enjoys his Moma. Amy is able to take care of Ethan with very little help. She is still trying so hard to be able to pick up and take care of Cameron. She really is pushing it. "Miss I'll do it myself!". Please keep sending your prayers, positive thoughts, and well wishes, she needs them. Much love and peace. Steve.

We will. Amy's situation has been such an inspiration. Something that was so horrible has shown so many people of God's miracles. It has touched so many people's lives. Thank you so much for sharing. I will continue to keep Amy and your family in my prayers.
