once again here is the Mayor Dewey Bartlett trying to do something to turn oklahoma into something that would put tulsa on the map as far as people spending money in their own towns and city. and i cannot believe people would stop this from happening, when in fact they go to Branson Landing , texas and where ever else they seek entertainment and fun ?? so why keep saying no to something that will bring in more money than people can dream of. oh the taxes !!!! well your taxes go up anyway and what are you getting nothing. maybe if you all get your heads out of your a---s and think outside the box this could work. i say they should go back to the original plan they had in 2007, i cannot believe Broken Arrow, Bixby, Glenpool, Owasso, Sand Springs, Collinsville, Sperry and Skiatook turned back the proposed River Tax while voters in only Jenks and Tulsa voted in favor of the new sales tax.
jenks and tulsa looked like the only smart ones here. think again and stop thinking like a bunch of hillbillie backwards jokers.ask yourself what am i getting now when my taxes are raised each year nothing! that's what. wake up look at the jenks waterfront money going there everyday.
