Why don't these people have a bank account? Why do these people live below the poverty level? Why do these people not have insurances? And the democratic answer is to tax a few rich people which wouldn't collect enough money to make even a drop in the bucket to address the 16+ trillion debt we have right now.

What we need is JOBS so federal government can collect payroll taxes and the people can raise themselves out of poverty if they want to work and pay for insurances for their children and have a bank account.
