If they leveled it and turned it into park land, then it would be like the rest of the parks and not be mowed or maintained.
My kids love the zoo and still get a lot out of every visit. Sure it isn't as nice as other zoos, but it is better than no zoo at all.

I bet most of these employees will be offered much lower wages.
I see this move as a bad thing, eventually costing us twice what the zoo costs now.

this is not good....
it's not like the golf courses being managed by Casper Golf....
the Zoo is Tulsa and it needs to managed and financed by Tulsa.

What a hugh chance to give what remains to friends and bring back the million dollar bonus. Its corporate welfare at its best, as they lavish on the payroll and charge exorbant fees.
