According to my brother in-law that works for the fire department. This tommy is the one that started a large grass fire on the bypass the other day, after he was told by foresty not to set it. And then left it. The fire traveled towards a gas station, but was lucky put out before it could do any further damage. I've heard people in the past describe this tommy as being crazy. He exsposes himself in public and was found in possession of a stolen tractor back last year. But nothing has been done about any of this.

Tommy Jordon, just got arrested for paying an under cover policeman to burn down the same gas station on Wed.He is getting bonded out today. The poor owners of this store are scared he will try to burn it down or shoot them. While he is out on bond. I just ask that you guys would pray for them.

Looks to me like someone finally did do something about him. I don't think it was the police though. From what I have heard it was the local fire chief and the state. I only give credit where it is due. I stopped by the quick stop to see what was going on and found out they are having to close the store part due to lack of help. Although I find this regretful for the owners. I also have to thank the fire cheif and the state fire marshalls office for a job well done. Heaven knows others as well as myself have had problems with this man.
