Alert: ADOT to close MVD offices, 13 rest stops to cut $100 million
The Arizona Department of Transportation has announced plans to shut down 13 highway rest areas, consider closing 12 Motor Vehicle Division offices, defer $370 million in highway construction projects and cut 10 percent of its staff.

We should look at the State and local CAFR's COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS.
I am sure there is enough money to finance the above mentioned cutbacks and everything else that needs money in this State.

I'm sure the increased revenue spent to clean up the trash that is not being deposited in the reast area's would have paid to keep them open.
