Mr. Sharifi there should have been an actual security guard on duty at night with the rougher older crowd you attract here especially when mixing them with the local children of the san ramon valley. there is a sophisticated security system with no one watching it (bravo). perfect for your own protection. next time you get robbed at gun point you will be able to show the police there faces. the events that friday night had there been any actual security at you roller rink these so called $100 iphones ( i'd like to know where you got yours) may not have been stolen. My wife should not have had to help our kids look for these phones, your manager should have called the police when requested. you are obviously out of touch with reality. when asked by the police that night you indicated that these sophisticated cameras were not working at all but only in the back room. that my friend is an obstruction of justice and you may have helped the criminals escape by doing so, another crime . as far a coming back don't worry my friend we will not. we would never put our family at risk in your business again, you have my word.

SRV DAd- As a participant in the skate issue, perhaps you could answer a few questions as to what actually happened.

1. If the skating rink had as rough a crowd there as to require a reasonable person to hire professional security, why oh why would you leave 4 preteen girls alone there for hours? Either it felt safe to you OR you are neglegent.

2. A phone was stolen, that is unfortunate but unlocked items, especially cell phones are stolen. Ask any school in the district... Even Blackhawk had that problem at Christmas.

3. Why did you not call the police yourself rather then ask someone else to do it for you?

4. What exactly did you expect to be done in the incident of petty theft? Did you really expect the police to hold EVERYONE there to see what they did or did not see? Why is your property so much more valuable then their time?

Danville Police did not even respond when they were called for vandalism to a 50,000 car.

It is an unfortunate incident and I am sorry that it happened. It would be to your advantage to try and learn from it so to avoid such issues in the future. It sounds as though your family was fortunate that they were not badly hurt if they were indeed physically attacked by a large group of adults.
