So next the best thing to do is judge if the amount of lawsuits Antioch P.D (CA) is currently facing is considered the norm to other California cities.
Then we need to see if the amount out of court settlements which Antioch Police Department has agree to pay out with "our " tax dollars is considerd the norm of the size and population of Antioch.
I bet that wont happen: that sounds like someone with some education would consider and look into.

Some places cost less to run then others. A cutural (induced recipe)mixes a formula, manipulated, thru politics.
BUSINESS AS USUAL ! Seems some one with any eucation would consider, a look into ?

Comman sence is not one of the City of Antioch (Californnia) strong points.
Your right has long as its "BUSINESS AS USUAL" noone cares in Antioch. Antioch City Officials keep hoping that we tax paying citizens will continue to believe everything they throw at us is the truth....Yes lip service is BUSINESS AS USUAL. But the poor Antioch budget cant be FABRICATED either we have it or we dont'.
The next tax increase ballot measure will be named "MEASURE B" for we are "BROKE". Remember the first tax increase ballot measure was named was "MEASURE P" help the Antioch Police Department pay for their outstanding civil lawsuits some of which they lost badly. However,we Antioch tax paying citizens did not buy their B.S and we wont buy it later either.
Mark my word, there will be another tax increase measure on the ballot when the time comes. The Antioch City Officials are setting the stage now but, they are not willing to publicly admit what has caused Antiochs city budget woes. The "collateral damage" issue has not been publicly addressed.
SUGGESTION,Will it be cheaper for City Of Antioch (California) to sub-contract out their police services to the Contra Costa Sheriffs Department? I dont think the Contra Costa Sheriffs Department has as much "negative baggage" and or outstanding lawsuits to fund or should I say "settle out of court".
Possibly this is the step in the right direction, to show us tax payers that the police service and conduct is will to reform by changing their direction. Possibly by "sub-contracting" out Police Services noone in Antioch City Hall has to "ADMIT ANY GUILT OR WRONG DOING" Heck Im just using the same verbage the Antioch Police Department or should I say City Attorney uses when they agree to settle their police civil lawsuits out of court for millions of dollars. Maybe then, we can all "save face" and move in a better direction.

Don't care, I'm rich.

I just got PISS off at Antioch P.D., because of their actions when I complained.(An the RIGHTS "THEY" (the City Government stoled) from property owners) This was some 4 years back.
I warned "THEM" and notified "THEM", B.A.G.S. will be on the move and I am building an "ARMY" of millions. Our Army is many millions (TODAY) and our cause is "FREEDOM".
BUDGET ATTACK GOVERNMENT SERVICES has been a powerful weapon, which has spread Nation wide. Many "City Dictatorships" have been brought to their knees. Now is the time to strike "ONE MORE OF ITS MANY WEEKNESS". Notification of those vunerabilities, will be rising soon.
Who am "I" ? I am "LIBERTY IS FREEDOM". There is no compromise, there will be only a defeat !
Round 2 begins.

Nice attitude. Things went well for you because you have family that helped you get employed or you sold at the right time so "Fuck everyone else"? I don't know how "Rich" you are but Castro Valley isn't exactly Blackhawk or Beverley Hills (assuming that you're not on a proxy or a hub over the hills). If you truly are rich, you may want to move with the rest of the wealthy fat cats because this country (I personally hope it doesn't happen) will end up in a civil war and the rich may have their wealth taken from them. More and more of the common welath of middle class status are frustrated as hell that rich people who outsource jobs still get those tax cuts the Republicans designed because they employed people and had to help compensate for overheads so were taxed less so they wouldn't move their companies out of the country. Even after these high tech wealthy bastards started using NAFTA to outsource what was only to be 10 percent of jobs and ended up closer to 70 percent of jobs still get the perk of the 1-5% tax bracket. It's clear they want to collasp this country and have more wealth and power in places like India. They know they're not going to be safe raising their families in the US if this keeps up. I really hate to say it but I see more and more people becoming angry. And people like Alex Jones calling for a new revolutionary war with his "The solution to 1984 is 1776" speech is making him more and more popular. And what confuses the hell out of me is he's on RT news. Maybe I should become a communist as well. lol.

Civil War is just fine, BUT, it will be and should be a War against the "DICTATORSHIP City Governments" which have choosen and stated that, "WE(refering to the City Government) make the laws and follow the laws "WE" choose to follow.
This analoigy is a preresquit to "CIVIL WAR". All Governments within the borders of the United States will follow all laws..., there is no picking and choosing for convience... Yes, this is leading to WAR. Here in America...
