as of today, his home has still not sold. not sure if he is living there, though. word on the street is that hes going OR GONE back to colorado!

his house has been reduced another $200,000! it is in short sale and probably will go into foreclosure soon. when you spend a lifetime treating people like S***, things come back around a lot worse! so as of now,$500,000 has been taken off price!

his employees would like to know how he can have a house in short sale over in novato and still be able to buy a $1,450,000 house in ABQ. why would you be concerned about someone like that? that is what is wrong with the country.

bob brutyn left his house in novato in short sale with over $600,000 taken off the price since july. he has bought a house in albuquerque for $1,450,000. this sounds like a form of fraud. what do you call it? he told the bank in novato he could not pay them BUT buys that house in ABQ? what about the money he owes the employees he left? this is what is wrong with america. i understand if a two income family loses jobs which leads to home loss. that is terrible. BUT when you have a guy like bob bruytn who does the S*** he has done with a wife that does NOT have a job... IT SUCKS! BE SURE AND TELL HIM WHEN YOU GET HIM ON THE PHONE!
