As long as the illegal mexicans do this to each other in the canal I don't care.

Let's buy them some more clubs.

Harken up. RICKY RAT uses a Club. Even though his car really isn't worth stealing. It all goes back to the time when he was living in Pt. Richmond. Which is a nice little town. Except that it's right next to Richmond. So, anyhoodle, over there, they will take your car, not to sell, but simply to joyride around in. So, RICKY RAT bought a Club. To make sure they didn't do that with his car.

Plus, a blinking blue light. RICKY RAT has one of them, too. I think when a thief sees a blinking blue light, he says "Huh. Maybe I'll go check out some other car"...

Just ask Driver #194. Who's car was REPEATEDLY used like that. It got to the point that, sick and tired of repairing the damage every time, he would just leave it unlocked, with the keys under the mat, and a note that said "Please treat with care"...

Because a Club is very effective at stopping someone from driving a car. Unless your destination is circular.

True story. Except the part about leaving it unlocked, with a key under the mat, and a note that said "Please treat with care"...

Busted. I thought you said there is no driver 194?? or was it that there's no CAR 194? Hmmm, I smell a rat.

Driver #194 finally got that solved. I think he moved into another unit there, and now he spends his nights holed up, talking to some mannequin, daring only to come out at daylight, like Charelton Heston in "The Omega Man"...

I think I said there was no Driver #196. Or #197. I wouldn't say there was no Driver #194. Since there is one.

He's "magical", according to another one of our dispatchers, a woman. Now, RICKY RAT can think of a lot of words to describe Jim. And "magical" isn't one of them.
